This will work:

Storm Djinn's Haste
Mystic Regeneration
Sandstorm {E}
Glyph of Sacrifice
Dragon's Stomp/Earthquake
Aftershock
Stoneflesh Aura
Armor of Earth

Earth Magic: 16 (12 + 3 + 1)
Energy Storage: 10 (9 + 1)
Earth Prayers: 8
Air Magic: 5

Run out with Storm Djinn's Haste, avoiding the Mirage Ibogas, if at all possible. Kill them if there is no other option. Once you get to the Ntoukas hit Armor of Earth, Stoneflesh Aura, and Mystic Regeneration, then aggro them and wait for them to pull in close. Next, cast Sandstorm and Glyph of Sacrifice. Wait on the Dragon's Stomp 1-2 seconds, then cast it and follow with Aftershock. With good timing, you can kill them all at once.

You might be able to go E/Mo and substitute Healing Breeze for Mystic Regeneration; I didn't try it. Drops are mostly Half-Digested Armors; so, you're really hoping for an expensive rune to get good profits, but there are also various sorts of melee weapons, as well. It takes about two minutes to do a run, assuming you don't run into any Mirage Ibogas.

Intimidating aura is how they remove enchantments.
All you need to do is knock them lower health than you. That being said, 55 couldn't work.
Try this:
Kinetic Armor
Bed of Coals
MS
Frozen Burst
Savannah Heat
Inferno
w/e else

It's the Intimidating Aura, like Why_Me said, but all you have to do to work around it is have more health than they do. Since they are level 20, the same as you, you should be able to get by having a couple of runes or a weapon set that gives hit points -- sorry, I should have mentioned this in my earlier post. I think I was running 520 hp (mostly from a +45 hp while enchanted offhand), but 481 ought to be enough. Also, make sure you enter the battle with your health at maximum and, in the case of my build, get the Mystic Regeneration up before you take damage.

Default Noukta farming build

found a build!

i used mainly the trolls build with a few changes and here it is:

Profession : E/X
Armor : any max armor will do. i got the +10 vs physical. recomend the fire aura
Runes : sup fire, minor vig, 3x attunement

Weapon : any fire staff that gives +60hp. koosuns and exuros are good choices

your HP should be 495

attributes
Fire magic: 12+3+1
Water magic: 11
Earth magic : 6
energy storage : 3

total atribute points : 184 i think

skills
mist form [E]
meteor shower
bed of coals
lava font
inferno
flame burst
armor of earth
fire atunement

Basically, go from dajket inlet and turn left. follow the path past the mesmer boss and towards the swamp and the nouktas. done correctly, you shouldnt agro anything unless its a bad spawn. if you agro, simple wack on mist form and run away untill they stop following you.

When you get to the nouktas, make sure you are at max health, otherwise they will remove your mist form. cast fire attunement, agro, then mist form.
Then cast skills 2-5 in that order (much like trolls). this is the point where about half of them will scatter. simply let the AoE kill off the remaining ones and then cast armor of earth before the other ones come back.

once they come back to attack you, use inferno and flame burst to finish them off. armor of earth should allow you to stay alive during this, however if mist form is ready again, feel free to use it.

this is harder than trolls for some reason because they scatter a lot earlier than the trolls do. but with practice, it can be mastered.

dunno why i did a full guide, but yeh have fun ppl

EDIT : posted a build in farming section

ive farmed them a few times but theyve only droped blues and whites, and a lot of half digested armor, drops arent that great (even tho im sure a gold will pop out sometime). however, i think their better than trolls because you can farm the whole group in one agro without running around gathering them up, and also trolls drop too many troll tusks, which arent worth much unless u sell them to people. the only thing that would make this farm hard would be the early scattering and the occasional heket agro.

start from Dajket inlet (the challenge mission in kourna) and go out the sunward reach exit. Turn left here and run basically due north avoiding agro as much as possible untill you get to a swampy place at the north west corner of sunward reach. run to the end keeping ctrl down and you should spot a big group of rampaging nouktas.

BTW if you know where the boss Mahto Sharptooth is, then its right next to him.
